As the nights draw in and the festive air fills with warmth and anticipation, Ashvale Farm Shop transforms into a haven of seasonal beauty. Twinkling lights sparkle throughout, wreaths adorn the doors, and laughter drifts through every corner — Christmas has truly arrived.

Our celebrations begin with something special for the creative hearts: three Christmas Wreath Workshops with the award-winning florist David McConkey. These evenings are always a highlight of our festive calendar — moments of calm and creativity amidst the Christmas rush, with a delicious supper, mulled wine, good company, and the satisfaction of crafting your own masterpiece.

For those who love the joy of fine food, our Christmas Fayre Evenings are a feast for the senses. Held on Thursday 11th and Thursday 18th December, each evening brings together exquisite seasonal dishes, the gentle sounds of a live pianist, and the spirit of togetherness that defines Christmas at Ashvale.

And of course, no festive season would be complete without a visit from the man in red himself. Our Santa Saturdays are full of smiles, songs, and sparkle as children meet Santa, receive a gift, and join in some joyful singing and celebrations.

Throughout December, our Tearoom and Orangery will also be serving traditional Christmas dinners at lunchtime — no booking needed. It’s our way of welcoming you to take a break from the bustle, sit down with loved ones, and enjoy a meal that tastes like home.

Finally, for those wishing to bring a touch of Ashvale magic to their own celebrations, our Christmas Collection is brimming with festive indulgence — from luxury hampers and a new, exclusive range of homemade desserts to the finest local meats and savoury favourites. Each item is thoughtfully prepared to make your Christmas entertaining beautifully simple and wonderfully delicious.

As we approach the end of another wonderful year, we would like to take a moment to extend our warmest wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our wonderful customers.

We’re so grateful for all your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout 2025. It’s been an incredible year — one filled with milestones and memories we’ll cherish.

Among the highlights were our delight in receiving the Best Eating Establishment Award 2025 in March, followed by the exciting opening of Ashvale Garden Centre in May. We also celebrated as Dear Anna Boutique ventured online with the launch of their beautiful new website.

We’ve shared some tremendous times with both familiar faces and new friends this year, and it’s those connections that make our work so rewarding.

We’re also so thankful for our wonderful team, whose care and dedication shine through in everything they do. They’re like family to us and make Ashvale the warm, welcoming place our customers love.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re thrilled to say that some exciting new plans are already taking shape — and we can’t wait to share them with you in the months ahead.
